We handle both new construction and remodeling. Our work includes ground-up custom homes, additions, and renovations, as well as metal buildings, hangars, and barndominiums. Each project is approached with the same attention to planning, quality, and long-term performance.

Are barndominiums considered residential construction?

Yes. Barndominiums are treated as residential construction and must meet applicable building and energy codes. We design and build barndominiums that function as full-time residences, with proper insulation, utilities, and interior finishes.

Are metal buildings cheaper than stick-built homes?

It depends on the project. Metal buildings used for storage or workspaces can be more cost-effective, while fully finished barndominiums and residential builds are often comparable in cost once foundations, insulation, and interior finishes are included. We help clients understand the tradeoffs early in the planning phase.

Do you handle permits, foundations, and site work?

Yes. We manage site preparation, foundations, and coordination with local permitting and inspections. This applies to custom homes, remodels, metal buildings, and barndominiums.

How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary depending on scope, size, and finish level. New homes and barndominiums typically take longer than simple metal building shells or smaller renovations. We provide realistic timelines during planning so expectations are clear before construction begins.
